EscapesLink Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The prize draws are promoted and administered by EscapesLink.com (“EscapesLink”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility
Prize draws are open to active EscapesLink members only.
Premium members will have extra draws allocated every month.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Membership must be active and paid at the time of the draw.
Employees of EscapesLink and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter
Entry into the prize draw is automatic for all active members.
No additional payment or action is required.
Each member receives one entry per draw, unless otherwise stated.

4. Draw Frequency
Prize draws take place weekly, unless stated otherwise.
EscapesLink reserves the right to amend the draw schedule with reasonable notice.

5. Prizes
Prizes consist of hotel stay vouchers or promotional offers provided by partner hotels.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
Prize details, restrictions, and conditions are determined by the partner hotel.
Total weekly prizes up €2500 .

6. Voucher Conditions
Vouchers are subject to availability and blackout dates as set by the hotel.
Vouchers must be redeemed directly with the hotel.
Expiry dates apply and will be clearly stated.
EscapesLink is not responsible for hotel services, availability, or quality of stay.

7. Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from eligible members.
The draw process is conducted fairly and transparently.
EscapesLink’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, EscapesLink reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow EscapesLink to use their first name and county for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise in writing.

10. Membership & Draw Cancellation
Cancelling membership before the draw date results in loss of eligibility.
EscapesLink reserves the right to cancel or modify a draw if circumstances beyond its control arise.

11. Liability
EscapesLink accepts no responsibility for:
Lost, delayed, or misdirected communications
Hotel availability or booking issues
Any loss, damage, or injury arising from prize use
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and EscapesLink’s Privacy Policy.
Data will not be shared with hotels except for the purpose of prize redemption.

13. Fraud & Abuse
EscapesLink reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.

14. Amendments
EscapesLink may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the EscapesLink website.

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
